I've been told I'm deliquent. What does this mean?

Delinquent is the standard term used by our library system to describe anyone with fines on their account. You can still issue and renew items if you are delinquent but any fines must be cleared before you complete your course. 


I can't renew my books. Why not?

You should be able to renew online using your student number and PIN. My account says I'm blocked. what does that mean?

A blocked status means that total fines have gone over £7.50. This will prevent you from issuing items or renewing exisiting loans.
